HVSE 8602 – Shielded Enclosure for Automotive HV-LISN

HVSE 8602 - Shielded enclosure, in closed configuration.
HVSE 8602 – Shielded enclosure, in closed configuration.
The HVSE 8602 Shielded Enclosure was designed to increase the shielding effectiveness of automotive LISN significantly, which is necessary for measurements of electric- or hybrid vehicles.

The aluminium housing is equipped with three quick fasteners and gas springs, allowing to open and close the box within a few seconds.

The bottom of the HVSE 8602 is open and on the top a perforated panel is used to improve the heat dissipation.

Additionally the front- and back panels come with a unique quick-lock system to accelerate the mounting of the shielded HV-cables.

On the front panel there are two RF-N-connectors: one of them can be connected to the RF output of the LISN with a short coaxial cable and the second is used as auxiliary output.

The slots of the shielded enclosure are equipped with EMC-gaskets to maintain the maximum possible shielding effectiveness. The most commonly used shielded HV-cables are guided through feedthrough terminals providing a reliable, full circumference contact of the cable shield with the shielded enclosure.
