The Schwarzbeck HHS 5206-4 Helmholtz coils are designed to generate precise magnetic fields from DC to 1.5 MHz, with a resonance frequency exceeding 3 MHz. Featuring a high temperature-proof Teflon-coated wire, these coils can achieve a maximum magnetic field strength of 530 A/m for short durations and 330 A/m continuously. With a compact design and 4 turns, they are ideal for calibrating magnetic field probes and sensors, as well as conducting magnetic immunity tests according to automotive standards or MIL-STD 461. The linear relationship between coil current and magnetic field strength allows for accurate field strength calculations, making these coils a reliable primary standard for calibration purposes.
