RG223/U is a cost-effective, flexible high-frequency coaxial cable for applications up to 2 GHz and can be supplied with BNC or N connectors upon customer request. The inner conductor consists of silver-plated copper wire with a diameter of 0.90 mm. The insulation is made of polyethylene (PE) with a diameter of 2.95 mm. Two silver-plated copper braids with 96% optical coverage each provide reliable double shielding.
RG223/U offers stable electrical performance up to 2 GHz. The characteristic impedance is 50 Ω.
To ensure a long service life, the cable should not be subjected to excessive mechanical stress such as bending, crushing, or torsion.
