Mast Adapter (swivel, 90° vertical/horizontal polarisation for AM 9144) for VULP 9118 D,E,F,G and VUSLP 9111 E, F.
The Antenna Hinge Joint is a device made of high-grade insulating material to change the polarisation of large preferably double-boom antennas such as LOG-PER models.
In the horizontal frame are two adjustable stops to correct the horizontal and verti-cal end position of the hinge. A stable position is obtained by the weight of the antenna pressing on the stop screws on either side. The ± 75mm displacement of the antenna axis is no problem with the radiation pattern of the typical antennas. The hinge joint may be fastened on a tripod with the large camera thread 3/8”, e.g. on the glass-epoxy mast with adjustable triple led, model AM 9144.
